PRACTICE
Patañjali describes āsana simply:
sthira-sukham-āsanam
A posture that is steady and easeful.
— Yoga Sūtra 2.46
These practices are here to help you care for the body that carries you through this life — the “meat suit” that lets us experience this physical reality and do the fun stuff.
Whether you choose a yoga practice, a breathing exercise, yoga nidrā, or a guided meditation, the invitation is the same: get curious about how it feels.
Move. Breathe. Notice.
Find the sticky bits and hang out there for a moment. Wiggle around a little and see if the body and mind can find a bit more ease.
Over time, the practice becomes less about the shapes we make or the techniques we use, and more about cultivating steadiness, comfort, and presence from the inside out.
