STRENGTH PRACTICE
Strength training is often presented as all or nothing: brutal, punishing and relentlessly disciplined.
A focus on sets, reps and progressive overload.
And yes, intelligent programming matters. But so often I've seen the "perfect plan" on a spreadsheet with very little regard for the human and the real life it's meant to serve.
It doesn't have to be that way.
I treat strength as a practice.
On good days and bad days, we can practise being strong in our bodies.
Over time, that consistency leads to real change.
It's not fast and it's not sexy. But it is sustainable, and it might just mean you can still squat your bodyweight at 95 years old to get off the loo.
This page is simply an invitation to get stronger.
Over time you'll find educational videos, exercise tutorials and practical guidance to help you build a strong, capable and resilient body.
Lift - Carry - Push - Pull - Hinge - Squat - Jump
