THE COLLECTIVE

The Sacred + Strong Collective is a small online coaching community for women who want expert guidance, accountability and a sustainable approach to becoming stronger.

It's about building a strong, capable body that supports the life you want to live.

Numbers will always remain limited so that the coaching stays personal and the sense of community remains real.

1:1 PARTNERSHIP

For women who would benefit from a more personalised level of support.

 

This is intentionally kept very small (3-5 spaces maximum) so the coaching can remain thoughtful, collaborative and genuinely personal.

If you'd value having someone who understands your goals, has your best interests at heart and can help you build sustainable practices around your life, this may be a good fit.

 

Alongside strength training, our conversations may naturally include recovery, fuelling, energy and the everyday practices that help you feel stronger, healthier and more like yourself.

 

Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure it's the right fit for both of us.

In-person meet ups are dependant on location.

I won't build a programme that I can't personally support.

Numbers will always remain intentionally limited so that you receive genuine guidance, thoughtful feedback and a real sense of community.

This isn't for women looking for competitive leaderboards, cliché motivational memes, a focus on aesthetics or rigid, unsustainable approaches to fitness.

This is thoughtful, compassionate coaching built on the belief that strength should support your life, not consume it.

 

My role isn't to push or pressure you. It's to guide, encourage and help you reconnect with the strength that's already there, allowing it to emerge naturally through consistent practice.

Because becoming stronger isn't about becoming someone else. It's about creating more freedom, more confidence and more trust in yourself.

And whilst we'll work hard, there will always be space for joy, laughter and being human along the way.

Together, we'll build consistency over intensity, confidence over perfection and practices that are sustainable enough to carry with you for years to come.
