Meditation

This is a space to sit with the sacred.

You don’t need to be good at this. You don’t need to quiet your mind or get anywhere in particular.

Just sit. Breathe. Notice what’s here. You might follow the breath.

You might repeat a mantra. You might simply sit and listen.

The mind will wander — that’s what minds do. Just notice when it does. And when you notice, that’s it — you’re back. Back in the present moment. The practice is simply to return, again and again.

In that returning, a different quality of presence can begin to emerge.

And sometimes, it can feel like you’re not sitting alone — like there’s something quiet, steady, and sacred here with you.

You’re always welcome to come and sit.
